The homeworknest.com Service cannot be held liable and or responsible for any academic, civil or criminal proceedings against you for wrongfully using this service. The security of user accounts is at the sole responsibility and thus, at the discretion of the respective owners. This clearly means that the Service will not be held liable in the case your account security is breached. You absolve the Service of any damages or liabilities that may occur due to any and all security breaches, regardless of fault either by the Service or you. All content, which includes messages and all other account activity under your user account, is your sole responsibility. One user account is only allowed per individual. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must also agree not to make the slightest of attempt to solicit other users from homeworknest.com for any reason whatsoever. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

Academic Honesty Policy for all users :

As a client, you are required to use this service responsibly. The intent of homeworknest.com is to assist you to learn from Tutor s via one-on-one tutoring. This service may not be used to obtain answers to exams, quizzes or other testing methods (either online or offline). You may not post requests asking Tutors to take your exams or quizzes for you. We shall remove such postings You may not, under any circumstance, turn in the work of tutors as your own. Our service is aimed at giving concepts.

B: For Tutors

Tutors are expected to provide detailed tutoring so that the clients get value to their money. Tutors should not agree to take tests or quizzes for clients. Please contact homeworknest’s support-team have such listings removed. As tutors, you are expected to use this service responsibly A: No Plagiarism is allowed otherwise cite your sources B:Uphold high standards of professionalism C:Do not attempt to ask external payments You agree not to post any content for which you do not have sole ownership. You are expressly forbidden from passing other people’s work or work for which you do not have ownership as your own work and uploading it the Service. By uploading content or entering text, you agree to transfer ownership of your work (copyright) and all other rights or claims to the Service. You authorize the Service to distribute, display, transmit, distribute or perform any other edits, modifications in any form once you upload, input or paste your content to the Service (which the service may or may not compensate you). You agree to not sell, distribute or claim ownership for work which was completed for the Client after you have been compensated.

Relationship between Client and Tutor Tutors are free agents offering their expertise and are thus Independent and should not be mistaken as a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship. As a Client, you are prohibited from contacting the Tutor from outside the Service for any reason. 3. As a Client, you are prohibited from arranging to circumvent the fees imposed by the Service by asking or rather soliciting the Tutor to do your homework outside of the Service. Both parties agree to contact the Service in regards to any change in the agreed amount after the homework has been assigned. You agree not to attempt to solicit private information of any kind. This also includes email, instant messaging ID or any other means of contact.

Definition of some of the Terms featured above

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “Tutor ”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Administration", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Website. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, for the express purpose of meeting the client’s needs in respect of provision of the Homeworknest.com stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the placed it based. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Cancellation Policy

In case a client will require to cancel a project, it is important that both parties (Administration and the Tutor) are informed on the same. However, please be advised that the more the projects one cancels, your reputation will be affected. It is therefore advised that you agree on revision until the client is satisfied. Many client complaints shall lead to immediate suspension or termination of the Tutors account.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the client and ourselves (support-team) have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. This could be as a result of lateness or submission of sub-standard work. The client will raise a dispute and we will make a determination on whether to offer a refund to the client or to make payment to the Tutor.

Homeworknest.com reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our official contacts to make a notification by e-mail to those who will be affected by this change. Limitation of liability

Homeworknest.com is an online general-homework-platform that links clients and 3-rd party helpers/experts (hereby referred as tutors). This is to clearly indicate that all homework help is provided by 3-rd parties and with no liability of Homeworknest.com. In no event shall this service, we or our licensors or our third-party service providers be liable to you or any other member for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages pursuant to this agreement, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, in no event will our liability to you for any action or claim related to the site services provided under this agreement, whether based on contract, tort, negligence or any other theory of liability, exceed the greater of: (a) $50, or (b) the aggregate amount of service charges actually collected by us from you for the site services to which the liability relates during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the determination of such liability.
